1. Order Cancellation
a. Before Dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
b. After Dispatch

Cancellation is not allowed after dispatch except in special cases approved by Jensn Mart.
2. Eligible Refund Cases

3. Non-Refundable Items

7. Credit Customers (B2B Accounts)

For approved credit accounts, refund amounts will be adjusted against future invoices.

Cash refunds are not applicable for credit-based transactions.
8. Delivery Disputes

Any delivery-related issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or within the allowed time window.
